Who are your favorite music artist(s)? Mine are:
1) Eminem
2) Shinedown
3) The Crystal Method. (Cue the jokes....)
Runner-up) Twenty One Pilots
If you don't know any of these, I will give you a brief run down on each of my 3 favorite artists:
1) Eminem is a white American rapper. You probably heard one of Eminem's songs at least ONCE in your life. If not, quit listening to rap.
2) Shinedown is a American rock band formed in early 2000s. Their notable songs are "45", "Second Chance", and "Sounds of Madness"
3) The Crystal Method is a mixed genre duo formed in the late 1990's. Their notable album, "Vegas", was certified platinum as of December 2012.
For those Need for Speed fanatics out there who still don't know who The Crystal Method is: Check the NFS Underground soundtrack. You are welcome for the nostalgia
I told you my favorite music artists. So, what are yours? Comment if you want. |

Only going to be naming those part of the genre I favor most.
1. Subfiltronik
2. Infekt
3. Benzmixer
Runner-Up: Spass
All three of my top picks are very successful in the dubstep/riddim community, garnering 10s of thousands of followers combined.
I only rated them under personal bias as to how I listen to them, from hype to light.
Subfiltronik being a heavybass headbanger; Infekt being a bouncy jump-to style; and Benzmixer being practically a mix between the two, but still giving that wavey, bumping, unique tone to his production.
Spass being a runner-up is only due to his MASSIVE potential in the scene. Only one song put out and it's already hit 50k+ plays in half a year, which is a huge amount with someone who's just gotten into it. Only issue with him is that he only produces for fun, so not many chunes or releases will be coming from him as often as the top 3.
Still so much missing/unseen potential in the underground community, and here's my top 3 for those:
1. GRESIV
2. WURCKX
3. Arcrux
Runner-up: Psycho |

Eminem had some dope songs, When Im Gone being my favorite |
|
|
Right now my favorite is probably Arbeit, a German experimental/neo folk project that is part of a cross genre concept production (including visual arts).
Much of Arbeit's work is revised German folk songs.

My list.
5) Tied (Day One & Muzzy)
Both artists are amazing. I love ####### neurofunk and heavier tracks. I also love Day One's melodic style. In my opinion, ####### best tracks are "Kill the Silence", and "The Phantom (feat. High Maintenance)". My favorite Day One tracks are "World's End", and "Hieroglyph", and "White City".
4) Stereotronique
I love his Electro House, Big Room, and Complextro songs.
3) Slips & Slurs
His dubstep bangers Wifi Tears and Haunted are my favorites. I do like his trap songs like Divided. He's well deserving of the spot on my list.
2) Neilio
Neilio's euphoric hardstyle style sounds pretty pleasing to the ears. The spot had competition with Netsky, who makes amazing drumstep, but I kind of prefer hardstyle over drumstep
1) Bustre
Liquid DnB is one of my favorite genre. Bustre's songs are amazing. My favorite song by him is "You and Me (feat. Myth)". I love his other songs
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Honorable mentions
1) Pegboard Nerds
I do like their songs, but their dubstep bangers aren't all that great in 2016 and 2017. My favorites by the duo include "Fire in The Hole", "End is Near (Fire In The Hole VIP Mix)", and "Frainbreeze". Frainbreeze introduced me to glitch hop.
2) Tokyo Machine
My favorite songs by him include "PARTY", "PIXEL", "FIGHT", and "OKAY". I love his ###s####se style.
3) Ephixa
I loved his hardstyle and some of his dubstep songs such as "Awesome to the Max", "Some Wobbles", and I love his song "Audiocidity".
4) Krewella
I loved their song "Killin' It". That was their greatest drumstep banger.
5) Netsky
I loved his remix of Rusko's "Everyday" and his song "Come Alive".
6) Twothirds
This person would've been number 6. I love his liquid and ambient Drum and Bass tracks.
