THE ROBLOX VETERAN'S HONESTY!
PARAGRAPH 1. Intro----------
Due to the unalliance of DSS II it goes to show we need to make dramatic changes. The changes
we need are with the higher power, patrols, easy promotion, and additude. From what I have witnessed in
trainings, the one patrol, and the additude of the enlist, and officers. The biggest issue is our teamwork &
have not notice the leader of the group has not taken any action nor official active dedication to our own group!
PARAGRAPH 2. MAJOR ISSUE(S) 4.
From what I have witnessed at first was the unexceptable clothing set up on officers and enlist. Staffs
are not wearing uniform and not within grooming standards. Some may wear facial beards and daring beard, or other
kinds of beards. Which in Naval grooming standards are not aloud. I have noticed this to all cadets and officers
wearing wrong uniforms, incomplete uniforms, or even not even a uniform at all. Now going to the hair grooming
standards are rediculious off the charts. I have noticed some cadets knowing how to not wear or wear short hair.
But what I usually see is people still wearing bacon hair, affros, or even anime kind of hair with all sorts of
exotic coloring. The grooming & uniform standards have gotten so ridiculous that we look like the stoogies naval
edition. Action MUST need to be taken.
PARAGRAPH 3. MAJOR ISSUE(S) 3.
With poor teamwork and drill of this group being almost being ridiculous its kinda funny.
With majority of the HR'sand secrateries being UNDER the age of 15 they have little to no experience and
all they want is respect. To start off my paragraph off with drilling. All we learn during drill time is
Left, Right, About & incline. 90% of the cadets do not know what a official march is and only knowing how
to follow the officer. During our team work courses or at team death match. I have noticed that we DO NOT
help a team out yet throw each other under the bus and accusing others for our OWN actions. This has happened
to me dring 2-8-2017 with a kid that barely knows english. We do not show each others respect even though we
are a grup that are SUPPOSE TO BE A FAMILY! We also have teammates that cheat on their courses. I once tested
the HRs to see if they noticed me cheat when they were watching me and they did not even said a word. Also
after a few cadets did the same exact thing! ( In the end I finished the course the correct way )
PARAGRAPH 4. MAJOR ISSUE(S) 2.
Poor leadership and pathetic trainings. Majority of these kids or officers are under the age of 15 and 16.
Which means that theyre most likely are not in highschool or out of junior high! This goes to show they're too young
for a important role of a group of over two thousand. With the underaged leaders most do not know what to do except for
doing the basic drills, courses, the track, and the minigames that do not improve an skills except for which colors
are which. During our training the team death match is almost everytime, kids shooting behind barriers being on the defense
side and having the game last longer then it should. With the training lasts only less than a half an hour skipping almost
half the courses and stations were suppose to go to. One of the most eye popping things that I notice during training is
half of the HR's dont know how to say 'Foward!...March!' which is showing that they're lacking in drill commands.
PARAGRAPH 5. THE BIG ISSUE(S) 1.
The biggest issues that bugs me and some others is WHERE IS OUR COMMANDER AND SECRETARY OF THE NAVY?! I have notice an
abscense of his and notice that I have not met him yet when I have almost went to every training. Still yet, I have barely heard,
met, nor seen the man face to face. Atleast once a day I check his account if hes online to see if I can discuss the issues we have
and I have not seen an online blip no longer than five to ten minutes. (IN MY PRESPECTIVE VIEW ) So one of the things I saw was major
disrespect to officers, and other cadets. There is a cadet I met during 2-7-2017 and he barely spoke english and having a rough time
during training and only one cadet helped. But the host of the training was ignoring the kid while he was trying to get their attention.
Which goes to show that they do not care about the enlist that wants to persure their career in this group! When basiclly thats what
the trainings are for!
PARAHRAPH 6. The fix(s)
In my honesty, we need to complete re-write majority of the HRs ranking set up with the kids in it. What we need to do is to demote
everyone from 011-( If 011+ will be hand picked to see who need to learn more about leadership and responsibilities ) to E-9. Then set up
an application set up with NEW rules and regulations with a quiz! If they pass it, they'll go through a course training about leadership
and responsibilities. We need to put the leader into questioning and vote if he needs to be replaced afterwords. During this 6 month
recovery we need to demote or exile the inactive enlists and officers.
PARAGRAPH 7. Good side.
I will have to admit I have made friends in this group and some of the cadets and officers I have met are nicer then I expected.
we all have had our fun times in this group and shared laughs. Yes I have also seen some moments of team work and mentoring. In the end of
some trainings we do show respect to our United States flag and the nation anthem. I also cannot forget Canada's flag and anthem either.
But back to my statement and conclusion.
PARAGRAPH 8. Conclusion
With the leader, officers, and enlist cadets. It all needs to be fixed. Dedication to our group, mature leaders, and obeying each other.
With the bigger issue of being UNALLIANCED from our own official fan group it has become a big issue. It has become very official things have to
change in this navy before it gets any worse. |
