Help! Chat got mysteriously smaller.

So I was just playing a game, and for some reason my mouse turned into a weird looking tool and when I scrolled it changed the size of everything in ALL the games I join and now it's very hard to read the chat and other details. cringe o_O

Browser? Chrome browser makes chat smaller, sometimes for me. I honestly don't know how to fix this, but I know how to fix the chrome one.
