Welcome to our Airline we are happy for our nice Customers to come check and we have some rules you may need to follow in the Handbook So please listen to them!
Warnings: When Someone Trolls or anything you will need to give them a warning or if they do not know if they are trolling that is a good reminder now here are some staff rules if there is a troller.
What to do: So lets say there is a troller he is calling you names or Keeps annoying you give him a warning then after a warning give him the second warning when you give them the second warning you kick them now when they come back hopefully they stop if they do not stop Ban them.
W1//Reminder || W2//Kick person || W3//Ban Person.
So next we will talk about rules we want respectful customers and staff like usual so here are the Guidlines:
-No Bad Language.
-Respect Customers // Including Staff - Warning if you are a staff calling a customer a name you will be fired.
-No Exploiting - Warning if you Exploit your perm banned.
-No Advertising
-No Spamming
-Use Grammar
So those are all the basic rules if you do not follow them as a staff you could be fired now we are hoping nobody breaks the rules but if you do talk to a staff member.
Hosting Flights in Compass
All flights must be shouted at least 45 minutes in advance in the following formats
* Flight - (Time)(Airport Link)
* [Flight] - (Time) (Airport Link)
* F | (Time) Airport Link)
All times must be shouted in EST. All other time-zone’s are optional.
If you did not shout the flight, you are not the flight host. Attempting to take over a flight/taking over a flight will lead to a strike UNLESS they ask you to cover for them.
Flights may only be hosted at approved airports.
Assigning Jobs; When assigning jobs, make sure that you only have the required amount of staff to successfully run the flight; If not cancel or postpone. Leaving old shouts on group status results as STRIKE.
