To be promoted from the pending rank in Shadow Operatives you must:
-Have over 1000+ kills.
-Have bought the uniform.
-Message a High Rank+ that you have done these things.
For other circumstances, these requirements may be overseen. Some of the exceptions to these requirements are:
- Developers
- Veterans
- Diplomats
- HR's on invite
