If this act passes LVCC: The Las Vegas Police Department will be mandated to enforce traffic laws which include, but not limited to: Jay Walking Reckless Driving Speeding Arson via vehicular explosion Vehicular Manslaughter / Murder (Murder via car) This also means that players of Las Vegas may not commit any of these crimes or they can be arrested. The city will give its approval to any federal law enforcement agency that wants to arrest for these crimes, therefore the only thing preventing a federal LE agency from arresting for the traffic laws are its own leaders.

Nay. First of all, it was already ruled that we cannot arrest for half of the crimes on here, and secondly, I don't see why you'd specifically burden LVPD with arresting people for Arson and Vehicular Manslaughter, when it would be much more beneficially for every law enforcement agency to keep arresting for these crimes as they already do. Also Hersh, and keep in mind for what I'm saying next, I do not mean to be offensive or mean by any sorts, and I'm saying this as both your fellow co-worker and good friend, but I just have to question your sanity or whether you were under the influence of some mind altering chemical when you submitted this bill proposal, because if you're actually being serious here and not joking, I fail to see why with any proper knowledge of how this game works, you'd think it a good idea to propose and encourage the prosecution of something so miniscule like Jaywalking in a game where we don't have any crosswalks or traffic lights, nor would it be beneficial to the safety of anyone in any way, considering the only car damage that is possible is via being flung or pushed off the map, the earlier of which only happens on accidental glitch occasions. Sorry if I got all sentimental there, but I mean like what's next, we arrest people for littering if they drop a tool or loitering if they stand in front of boa for too long?
