Sarcasm is unnecessary PM is considered too much work for traders Many traders are also spammed with PMs and don't read them all Just because we have one kind of way to interact, doesn't mean my idea would not be a legitimate update

I mean, I could say the same to you Why do we have both PM and chat Because each serve a different purpose PMs are longer and more formal Chat is used for small talk and to have quick conversations Trade chat would be used for making notes about negotiations

Most people only allow friends to chat them People don't have time to friend everybody, wait for their FR to be accepted, then chat the guy they are trading with Trade is fast-paced And the "Trade Chat" would be more like adding notes to the trade, not necessarily a chat box You my sir, are now just being contrary for the sake of being contrary

"PM is considered too much work for traders" Just like they respond with "tl;dr" on every thread longer than 2 sentences. I'm sorry these people are just too lazy, I use the PM system and I have never had any problems with it.
