A BILL TO RECOGNIZE CRIMES ------------------------------------- Article I Introduction Section 1: The following crimes shall hereby be declared illegal. Section 2: Any person caught committing these crimes can and will be tried in a Plainview court of law for proper punishment. ------------------------------------- Article II Recognized Crimes Section 1A: Assault is defined as trying to cause severe injury to another person. Section 1B: Larceny is defined as the unlawful taking and carrying away of someone else's property without the consent of the owner and with the intent to deprive the owner of the property permanently. Section 1C: Burglary is defined as the unauthorized entry into a building with the intent to commit a crime inside. Section 1D: Bribery is defined as the act of giving something of value to an elected official or a filed rank in return for a favor. Section 1E: Perjury is defined as the act of lying under oath. Section 1F: Kidnapping is defined as the taking of a person from one place to another against his or her will, or the confining of a person to a controlled space. Section 1G: 1st Degree Murder is defined as the act of killing someone with intent. Section 1H: 2nd Degree Murder is defined as the act of killing someone without intent as a result of another crime. Section 1I: 3rd Degree Murder is defined as the act of killing someone with no intent whatsoever. Section 1J: Grand Theft Auto is defined as the theft of a vehicle. Section 1K: Trespassing is defined as entering private or government property without permission of someone authorized to give permission. Section 1L: Jailbreak is defined as l##ving the property of a co#rectional facility without authorization while serving a se#tence. Section 1M: Criminal Evasion is defined as escaping custody of law enforcement while being detained. Section 1N: Slander is defined as f##s#######using someone of doing something. Section 1O: Harassment is defined as s##a########h aggressive pressure or intimidation. Section 1P: Failure to Appear in Court is defined as failing to attend an arranged court date, or a summons while online.
