51st Congress 4th session _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES February 14th, 2017 Mr. Bartlett (for himself, Mr. Stratton, Mr. Apollo and Mr. rapidaax) introduced the following resolution, which was referred to the floor of the United States Senate. _______________________________________________________________________ Section I. Citation (a) This act shall be cited as the Judges Reform Act. Section II. Repeal (a) 28 U.S. Code 294 is hereby repealed, and to be considered null and void. Section III. Enforcement (a) All Retired Supreme Court Justice that have been designated into active duty shall cease to exercise the duties prescribed in 28 U.S. Code 294. Um targeted legislation much? That citation is important for when the courts need extra help; maybe consult the courts before trying to alter them. This also has to go through the judiciary committees btw so good luck with that.
