-Each question must be answered using 2 or more detailed sentences.
-Please fill out every question. You will be given a category based on the amount of effort you put into it, and everything you have done since the last report.
-You only get 1 excuse for every 3 reports you do. If you are not excused and do not turn in a report you may be given a warning.
-Only Interview Assistant-Chief Operating Officer have to do reports.
