☭How our ranks work:
Everyone Starts off as a LR| Private and will have to face Skill testing where his gun and sword fighting will be tested
☭How Can I Rankup?
1.Be active on patrols and trainings.
2.Be active on raids,Offical ones,Practice Raids and Unoffical ones.
3.Pass basic skill testing (if you fail it you will not be promoted).
✯Punishments:
For HRs
☭▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬☭
1.Not hosting Patrol For once at week will get you demoted.
2.Being inactive For 14 Days, will get you demoted to LR.
3.Respect Higher Ranks and lower ranks.
4.Failure to command and follow orders at raid and getting small amount of kills (From 1-5) will get you demoted.
For LRs

1.Failure To Follow Orders or get minimum amount of kills at raid (From 1-5) Will get you demoted or exiled.
2.Wearing R15 or a package (3.0,2.0 and etc) will get you exiled.
3.Not respecting Higher Ranks will get you exiled.
4.Not being active for 14 Days will get you demoted.
5.Not attending to raids will get you demoted or exiled (depends on amount of raids he/she missed)
6.Not Attending to patrols will get you demoted or exiled (depends on amount of patrols he/she missed.
