Lady Kaelya Targaryen is the eldest child and daughter of Princess Rhaenys V Ta#garyen and Lord Oliver Mormont.
Just like her sister, Vaella she had lived in Bear Island, Vaella lived in King's Landing when Kaelya was born, after Vaella's death, Kaelya attended her funeral at Dragonstone and was later sent to King's Landing with her sister, Elaehnae Targaryen and her brother, Caesarion. Her, just like her siblings were taught to fight.
Lady Kaelya has black hair, she inherits it from her father, Oliver Mormont, whom Rhaenys killed in Bear Island for refusing to defend the realm during the early reign of King Aerys II. This gave Aerys the free will to wed Rhaenys off to someone.
Lady Kaelya Targaryen is very important to Rhaenys V as being her eldest living daughter.
Today, Lady Kaelya lives in King's Landing with her mother Rhaenys and her brother and sister, Elaehnae and Caesarion.
