without seviro and i mean this quite literally someone like pointiesschris or even flameprince could take the reigns and turn the clan into something much greater because they actually are good at certain things while seviro really doesnt have any good qualities that a leader should have
i mean you cant call him a thickskinned leader he sits on c7g waiting for people to insult his clan so he can go on tyraids where he insults literally anyone that posts on the thread with irrelevant information to make himself seem even half of the people hes insulting, including people who were once veterans in his clan
dont forget how he insults clans for doing things that he literally does cough void cough and has even admitted to being a hypocrite with the excuse "i do what i must for my clan, with my own set of morals" wait so its okay to be a hypocritical unsportsmanlike loser, but only when it benefits you, and those who also do the same should be trashed? thats crazy

flameprince and pointlesschris would find themselves at a great lacking if they were in de-facto leadership of a-sov
myself, I'm very community orientated and have little time or patience for warfare and raiding. i'd be much more interested in turning a-sov into a community, which may sacrifice some of the fighting ability of a-sov. a-sov's lifeblood is raiding at the moment. while they still do community stuff, they mostly get the activity for those from people who ###oy raiding.
pointlesschris is my polar opposite in this manner, he's very raid oriented and has allowed his green jackets to become bloated with ego and self importance because of their fighting ability. he might sacrifice people because of their lack of ability, and lose a-sov their right to claim they are a "community clan".
at its' peak, seviro manages both of our de#######nto a fashion that makes a-sov into what it is today.

to your quip at development, it takes its' own dedication to keep things afloat while waiting for support. he paid in full where he needed to, and did everything possible - with the support of his paramounts - to get more development done. while it took time, that time spent helped to mature the clan into what it is today.
i don't think he nor anyone else in a-sov gives seviro "full credit", it's been a team effort
but he is ultimately surrounded by a changing environment. almost all of his officers have given up on a-sov and seviro time and time again and it has never stopped him from keeping a-sov alive. that in and of itself is why he deserves most of the credit.

no one in GJ has a bloated ego
there are rare occurrences of toxicity, and when they do happen, it's dealt with quickly
never have i dismissed a GJ for a regular member; whoever gets there, gets there.
while it's important GJ does have an elitist quality to it, it's in a way that it doesn't conflict with the community that Seviro and I aim to achieve.
