There comes a time when clans should come together to face the struggles that is the increasing chance of failure in clans today.
There are many struggles that have increased a lot over the years. Struggles such as boredom, disrespect, cheating and most importantly is inactivity. We believe the world of clans is slowly failing, so we decided to help them survive and bring back what used to be a thriving life of clans.

CREATING HOSTILITY WITH A FOREIGN CLAN
In the event that you are declaring war or hostility with another clan outside of the coalition, you are given the choice to notify the coalition or not. In the event that you do, it is mandatory that you run a meeting about the clan you are having hostility or war with, and presenting solutions on what needs to ensure victory.
After your presentation is done, each clan present in the meeting will give their choice on whether they will be support in the war.

CREATING HOSTILITY WITH A DOMESTIC CLAN
In the event that you are declaring war on a clan that is part of the union, it is mandatory that you notify the coordinators or benefactor of the coalition, so they can make a formal announcement to the entire coalition with no intervention happening on each side.
Once the war is officially over, both clans are given the option to re-initiate themselves into the coalition, but further discussions or propaganda against a clan within the coalition is prohibited.

REPRESENTATIVES
Your clan is allowed up to four delegates within this union. We recommend each group speak with their foreign affairs team to choose wisely on who will represent your clan in the coalition. You are free to switch out people who may no longer apart of your group, or fit to represent your clan in the coalition.

MEETINGS
The meetings will be happening weekly. Every Saturday at 5 PM EST, please have all of your available delegates present for the meeting. Remember that any delegate that is present to the meeting from your side is representing your clan! Any official voting happening will be done with those present from your side.
JOINT-TRAINING SESSIONS
As a whole, we will be doing coalition joint-training sessions bi-weekly. This will be coordinated by the Board of Directors within the coalition. In order to keep this coalition strong together, we have to conduct a strong team of the masses. Reminders of the joint-training will be sent 1-2 days prior to ensure everybody is notified and present for the event.
By any chance yourself or the representatives of your clan cannot run the bi-weekly, please leave a notice within 1-2 days prior. This is only to keep us secured of knowing who shall be participating in the large events.

COALITION SUPPORT
To ensure that we keep the enjoyment of the community within, we’ll be giving a list of support that each clan can at least work with to help one another. In this coalition support list, this is a gift given to the many clans that help us form into a great power.
Technology ↴
If you are in need of urgent development for your group, the coordinators of the coalition will ask around for open developers for your needed project in the case of an war of yours. You won’t be given the most advanced base seen, but you will be given a quality and suitable base that can work for both parties.
Assistance in urgent battles ↴
Depending how large the situation may go, assistance will happen with thirty minutes or more prior to notification.
Money ↴
In the event that each clan needs urgent help to bring activity up in their group, if you cannot supply more than 10 members to an event, then within two weeks to a month notification, the coordinators of the coalition will work a fundraiser to help raise money to boost the membership and activity of your clan!
