Any clan that targets UCR - a clan in development process after being nearly gone for a year - is just fighting on an undeveloped clan. Let the clan develop and grow before diving into a war. Any clan the endorses this type of behavior is just a warmonger that doesn't have any expectations or respect.

JC isn't very active ATM and OO is also in development. UCR is an active clan with a functioning base. They can war.

oo is indev right now, we're trying to test activity with this war we selected ucr because theyre also indev so we can try and help them with their activity too if you dont want to war you can just decline, but this is a win-win situation but your choice

JC's administration has run the clan for several months - comparable to Vertillian, a new leader to a clan as massive and historical as UCR, has lead the group for a few weeks (at best) and is dealing with a constant struggle of leadership conflicts (rebellions) and inflicting new systems into an old clan. He's personally reached out and told about his plans - and these revampments will require time and I completely support UCR's decision, if they do so, to delay the war until another time. Let's also not forget UCR's fort is, and notorious for, being scripted to a below average ability leading to difficulties in the functioning of the systems.

The common truth of going into war makes a clan is no longer valid in modern clan times because of how war impacts clans. If you're looking for short term success in activity and reputation, yes war is the proper path. However, in ## believing it's in UCR's best interest to look forward into the future and develop slowly around young members and a strong core for the clan to be able to a proper asset to the clan community.

I mean I'm not looking for some amazing display of dominance or whatever, warclans are meant to war and losing isn't that big of a deal. No doubt the UCR/SC side are underdogs but to just count them out and say the sides are too uneven is silly. War is just another event in clans, if you lose then you improve and come back harder. People look too deep into wars between clans, losing isn't that bad of a thing.
