2/17/17 Las Vegas City Council Realistic Car Damage Bill SECTION 1. [Conditions] A) Cars under 50% health will go 3/4 as fast as normal speed. B) Cars under 25% health will go 1/2 as fast as normal speed. SECTION 2. [Reasoning] A) It's a simple, realistic bill addition. There's nothing unreasonable about this bill. Isn't it illegal to open fire on a car unless they are shooting back? Aka, if you GTA a car, ### law enforcement can not shoot your car, even though most of them do. And if you arrest them for it, that's an instant arrest war.
