I have been a part of British Army for approximately 6 days.
2. From # #### # being ### best, how has your experience been?
From ## perspective, I rate BA a solid 4. The experience has been great overall, however, there are officers who either "avoid" or they may not have seen me. In the end, my questions are not answered. Also the fact that, some members of the "community" within BA are ignorant to people of higher rank than they are.(unless it is someone of mod, admin, someone that can demote them, etc...) When some soldier was asked why he was being a disturbance, he answered "idk". That is why I can't give a solid 5 because within a great group like BA, there are bound to have the ### members who ### rebels in a sense for no reason.
3. Do you feel welcomed within our group?
Yes and no at times. Sometimes you can talk with people but other times some people are ignorant or don't feel the most. That changes when an MR/HR tells them to help others.
4. How could we possibly improve your experience?
Maybe form smaller sections of people and give opportunities to some of the senior LR to have some leadership positions as head of sections to have some responsibilities. I'm referring this from the structure of the cadets. I'm not looking for all of this to be answered but I hope the future is brighter.
5. What are some new things you would like to see added in the British Army?
I can not think of anything that I want to see. Anything will do. Surprise all of us.

3. Yes. But not by every single person, there would be an odd few that wouldn't make you feel welcome.
4. Have everyone give people respect as i have often seen some HC not respect everyone. But not just HC there are others aswell.
5. New FOB, maybe different Uniforms for every regiment. |

1) I have been in the BA for several weeks now.
2) My experience so far, has been 3/5.
3)Sometimes, I feel pretty welcomed, but most of the time lots of higher ranks come directly at me and start to instruct me to do things even when I have not even put on my uniform yet.
4)You could improve my experience by having politer high command. A lot of the high command personel would just kill a lot of us without telling us why. Not long ago, I was talking to a Lance and randomly, my clothes came off.
5)I'd like guns to be added into the BA because a big number of us are priviledged and have abided the rules, therefore sergeants+ should have a place where we retrieve our guns.
