If you have been watching the news, Los Angeles & southern California flooded as I-5, highway 101, 110, and other roads are pretty much rivers right now. The Phoenix area is also under a flash flood watch right now. The eastern half of Texas will flood from Sunday night to Monday morning.

i had to walk home from school today in the storm (it's a really short walk, like 3-4 minutes, so i didn't think it was a big deal) i think i literally died in those 4 minutes. feet were completely soaked because intersections would have ~4 inches of water on every sidewalk corner so crossing the street without getting wet was impossible
