Hello, here is a guide on how to host interviews as an MR.
Requirements:
- Board of Directors+ can host.
- Supervisor+ can Co Host with permission from Host.
Now, let's get started.
30 minutes prior, you will do a group shout. The shout MUST include INTERVIEWS | Hosted by (Host) and Co-Host (Co Host). We will begin in 30 minutes, please come if you want a rank!
Now, you will wait for Premium Customers.
After those minutes, you will do these commands.
Get an HR to do :slock on.
:m PTS is now enabled. You are only allowed to say "PTS". Once a staff member comes to you, you will say your message ONCE, and they should reply. This will go for all chat messages you send.
After all messages you send, before the next, wait for it to fade away completely before sending another.
:m Welcome to Pablo's Cafe! How is everyone?
:m First, we are going to do a safe-chat and age test. Everyone please spam C7rn, this includes staff.
You will now wait for them to spam C7rn. While you do that, go to everyone INCLUDING STAFF and then age them by doing :age (player).
If a player doesn't say C7rn within 30 seconds, or they say "Tags." kick them by doing :kick player.

:m Hello, and welcome to Pablo's Cafe Interviews! I'm your Host (name), joined by the Co, (name).
:m Are you excited?
The Co-Host will now take over.
:m I will now go over rules!
You will now make up rules. Please do at least 4-5.
:m If you get several warnings, you will be demoted down a rank. If you get six in total, you're going to be a PC.
:m Interviewers, to your offices. PCs, wait to be teleported. Stay seated!
Interviewers will now go to their offices and bring people. While doing that, you are going to decide on a promoter. It has to be an HR.
:n If your interviewee passes or fails, name them including their name, if they passed or failed, and ONLY include their rank if they passed. If you think you should've passed, talk to an HR and they will sort it out.
Once all interviewees have been kicked and ranked, you may :shutdown.
And you're done!
