As one of the Vice Presidents in Chicken Express, I'd like to state my own rules and policies that I will proudly enforce. First off, it is to do with the ###k limit. Chicken Express is only going to get bigger, and that's going to have to expand position limitations.
Head Fryer and Below = Unlimited positions available.
Interviewer = Fifteen
Assistant Manager = Ten
Manager = Ten
General Manager = Ten
Chief Staff Officer = Ten
Chief Operations Officer = Eight
Chief Executive Officer = Seven
Group Manager = Five
Vice President = Undetermined
What I mean by Vice President being an undetermined position, I mean that the ###u######decided upon by one of the ###sidents.
I will now continue on about ### matter of handling ranks. If I am to catch anyone skipping ranks, they will be demoted to ### rank they were previously. One exception to this is a vouch system in which I wish to create, in which CEO's shall have a say on who they wish should be a certain rank. As long as three of the current CEO's are giving their vouch for the person to be given a certain rank, this will allow them to skip certain ones. As for gaining ### Group Manager role, this is up to one of ### ########### ### ### limit could be expanded if they wish. However, I wish to make it so that as long as six of the current CEO's give their vouch for one of their fellow members to become a Group Manager, it will be done so. The player being given the vouches must also currently be a CEO in Chicken Express.
I will also discuss the matter of abuse and free-ranking in Chicken Express. If I am to catch anyone being given a rank that they did not rightfully deserve, or it was due to favoritism, they will be demoted to Trainee [1] or Customer. If they are free-ranked again, the person that gave them the role will be demoted to Interviewer, and the person that was given the role will be demoted to Customer. Any signs of admin abuse, and the ###yer will be demoted straight to Junior Fryer. Of course, a President is capable of free-ranking someone if they wish.
Moving on, I would discuss what I would personally like being done about asking for ranks, and disorganized interviews. If someone were to constantly bug me for a position, even after ignoring ## warnings for them to stop, they will be demoted a rank beneath them. Any continuation will result in a demotion from two positions beneath them, unless of course, they reach Customer. I will not tolerate them asking any other high ranks either for positions without showing hard work first. If I were to also see anyone acting immature in an interview, they will be quickly kicked out of the s###er and unable to gain a rank during that day.
Next off, I would like to see charismatic players continue working hard in the cafe. Being polite and active in Chicken Express is ### #### ### to gain a promotion on my list if a high rank plans on gaining an even higher position. Any rude behavior will result in either a demotion, or not gaining a promotion period.
