Hello, my name is HEELMcGrath, founder of NYSP. Today, I'm telling you the ###es and guidelines of the ###up.

• No bullying.
• No being rude.
• Do not harass people.
• Do not use your sidearms, or automatic weapons on the civilian team. Unless it is for self-defense.
• Do not abuse.
• Do not admin abuse.
• Respect HR's.
• To enter a house, you must have a VALID warrant, given to by a judge. You must also show proof to the resident.
• Do not go pass th###ed line, unless you have permission from a Capitol staff+.
• If you break th###aw, you will be punished.
• If you are on the NYSP team, you are not allowed to have any Citizen cars, or Citizen guns.

Expectations on NYSP ground, or the group.
So###h###asic expectations are:
• Use grammar.
• Don't argue.
• Respect HR's.
• Listen.
• Respect civilians/officers.

Summary Expectations
• Basically, we expect you to respect everyone, be nice, and don't argue. We are a fair police department, protecting our beautiful state. We understand if you need to yell, or something similar to that. Our police department does a hard job, so does our state. So make sure to try your best every day to keep New York State safe, and sound. We do sometime have projects, that are due, we will start this, so keep in tune. Also, Disrespect will not be tolerated.

Inactive Notices
• If you're going to be inactive, make sure to send it to a DC+, and they should send it to me. We are obviously expecting a lot of inactive notices. But, if we see you online, and you're not patrolling/at a training, and you're on the website, you will be demoted.

HR Applications
• We are now starting HR applications, to be an HR you need to go through th###raining, and you also need to fill out an application that gets approved by a [C].

Training's
• We are obviously expecting a lot of people not going to trainings every week, due to school, but I can see that a few people will be at trainings, at weekends, but not all. Sorry if you miss a training, I am talking to HR's about hosting more training's over ### weekend, and at ### end of days, but that will be hard due to homework etc... We expect every player that is online in ROBLOX to attend this training, if you are caught constantly missing patrols you could be demoted/suspended.

Patrols
• We are getting SO active with our patrols! We expect every player that is online in ROBLOX to attend this patrol, if you are caught constantly missing patrols you could be demoted/suspended.

Promotions
• To receive a promotion, you must either do PERFECT in a training, do the###urses right, use grammar, use police-related talk, and not immature. We don't 'accept', immatureness. We are a mature, and realistic police department.
• Another way to get a promotion is to patrol the city, but do good. Act mature, do your job, and don't beg for ranks.
• There is to be no more than one promotion per user per day.
• Do not ask for ranks/HR.
