This forum will be explaining how to host interviews. Please make sure to read it carefully if you're hosting an interview session. (Supervisor+ can ONLY host interviews) When hosting, you have to post a shout 30 minutes before the session, so that the customers will see and will begin coming to the Interview center. When hosting, you need a co-host, the co-host is there to help and to answer questions given by the customers and/or staff members. To shout, you use a system like, "[INTERVIEWS] S-locking in 30 minutes, head down now to the Interview Center for a chance to get a job! HOST: - CO-HOST: -" When it is time to begin, you need to let them know that the interviews is now s-locked. After that, you welcome the customers, greet them and introduce yourself. Lastly, you need to go over the rules. 1) Respect towards staff members and fellow future trainees is needed at all times, disrespect is not tolerated. 2) Grammar is required at all times, failing to use grammar will result in failure. 3) You're given 60 seconds to answer each question, going above th###ime limit will result in failure. When rules are over, you need to age everyone (with the ###p of co-h######### then they may begin. The ###erview questions are located in in the ###k below. Link - http#############################################################[Pass] "You passed the ###erview; you will be ranked to Trainee. Congratulations!" [Failed] “Your responses are great, however, your grammar was not the best. I am sad to say that you have not passed this interview. Thank you for coming, you can always try again next time.” When interviews are over you shout something like "[INTERVIEWS] Over, congrats to the passers. Head on down to the café for a [Capuccino]!"
