1. Introduction
To begin this speech, I would like to say I personally think everyone running so far is not fit and doesn't have as much experience as my-self within this rank in this department.
If someone were to ask you, "What is a leader?" how would you respond? Would you say, a leader is a strong person? Or would you say, a leader is a wise person? Well, in my words, A leader is someone who exhibits the strength, courage, and loyalty to fulfill a large task. A leader, is someone who, will hold a pack together. Or perhaps, prevent conflict and ensure that everyone works together.
Some people may not notice it, but the department, is similar to a car. Cars need a battery, we need active HR's. Cars need an engine, we need A Active department. Cars need a transmission, we need a active team. We all need to work together if we ever want to accomplish something beautiful in this outstandingly unique state.

2.How will I benefit DDPS?
By now, you could be asking, "How will he benefit DDPS?" Well, perhaps I should answer that for you. To be honest, it is not truly about what my campaign will do. Rather, it is what ALL of us will do, to work together, to define justice and equality, and to get active.
If this isn't a good enough answer, then what is? I will benefit the department in various outstanding ways. So outstanding infact, that there are no words to explain...
I will benefit DDPS by:
- Host WEEKLY Trainings
- Help make group active
- Hire active HR's
- Get EMS Personnel out on the team
- Train the Trainee's becoming EMS correctly

3. Do I have any experience?
Some may ask, "Do you have any experience?" Well, it just so happens that I do. I have been formerly a DDPS Deputy Director twice. One of which I was leading the department with the director inactive. Both times as Deputy Director many people where glad of the items I did to make the department active.
I would consider myself an intelligent individual, and a quick learner. I would like to thank all of the ###ple I worked with, for making the ###artment an accepting environment for my t##rd time in.
Adding on to experience, I will remind you all with one statement. This statement is, "Everyone's career has to start somewhere. Looking for experience? Elect me and wait a term."
Being new and unexperienced, we don't want that. We don't need that. However, having just enough experience? That is what will rule our economic development throughout the next term.

4. How will I please the ###artment?
If you are reading section 4's title, you may be wondering, "How is this relevant to your overall statement?" Well, I will explain to you how important this truly is.
This is important because, it is crucial for ### High Command & High Ranks to have contact with ### opinions and beliefs of ### citizens. When you elect a person, it is your belief, or opinion that they are better. Therefore, this topic is quite important. So, without further a due, let me explain.
I will try my hardest to please the citizens of Dockland. After all, there are 4k+ of them. Although I may not leave everyone walking away happy, I will definitely walk away with a majority happy.
As a Deputy Director, you should connect with the citizens of Dockland. They need to realize that we are no different, no stronger, no weaker, no smarter, no dumber. We are all muscles of equal strength, working to move the heavy box, and see what is inside waiting for us. We need to give the citizens a voice. They have ideas also. Just because they aren't elected, doesn't mean they can't give our branches ideas.
We need feedback. We need feedback to wake us up from our ignorant rest. We need feedback to establish a better economy. We need feedback to distribute power evenly. We need feedback to receive ideas on what kinds of bills we should be passing. We need feedback to receive ideas on what kinds of obstacles we can overcome. We need feedback to mold our future into a non-corrupt, and safe environment for people to have fun all the time.
We need feedback. Citizens shouldn't have to turn to crime to have fun. We need feedback. We need the ###a#####t#### ###izens have to turn this state around, and get back on the ###l########t## ###ht direction.
We need feedback.

5. Conclusion
This will be short, but hopefully touching. We need to give new people a chance in office. DDPS is an outdated Department, waiting for a refresh. We can be that refresh. We can be that update. We can be that change. We can be that improvement. We can be that marvel. We can be that amazing group of people ### turned ### department around, and headed in ### right direction this time. You don't need force to avoid a collision. You just need the ###ength and belief that you can in fact do it. You need hope.
