• Introduction •
The interview guide contains the rules you'll need to know and the questions you will be asking your interviewees as well as the interview procedure and tips so that you can successfully host the se###on and interview attending interviewees. Keep in mind only BoD+ a####ble to host and only EM+ can co-host.
• Interview Rules •
[1] Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.
[2] Respect all present staff and attending interviewees. Disrespect is not tolerated and will result in being kicked from the ###ver.
[3] You must answer each question in a reasonable amount of time after it is asked. Taking too long to answer will result in you being kicked.
[4] Please remain seated while waiting for your interview.
• Interview Questions •
[1] Why do you want to work for Prince Clothing?
[2] Do you have prior experience with groups similar to Prince Clothing?
[3] What makes you different from other applicants?
[4] Please correct this sentence: “i wnt 2 by sum cloths"
[5] What are some positive qualities you possess?
• Before Interviews Begin •
[1] Use "sm" or "m" at the store, saying that you are hosting interviews.
EXAMPLE: :sm Interviews are being held now! Come on down for a chance to be Interviewed!
[2] Change the group shout to notify people that you are hosting, to get fellow staff members to assist you and customers/baristas show up.
• Interview Procedure •
[1] Wait 5 minutes after shouting before locking ### server. Have customers wait in ### lobby and answer questions if they have any. If people are breaking rules, simply give them one warning and if they choose not to listen, kick then ban them.
[2] Have everyone waiting for interviews to stay seated and remain quiet by using the"m" command to request their silence.
[3] Once you have everyone seated and quiet, all admins will line up. Use PMs to establish an intro order.
EX INTRO: Hello, my name is Sobering, and I will interview some of you today! Good luck!
[4] Once introductions are complete, host will use "cmdbar" and "sm" to say rules, remembering to post them all at once. (Rules are located at the be###ning of this forum.)
[5] Announce that interviews will now begin.
[6] Once everyone has concluded, shutdown.
• Interview Tips •
[1] Judge responses based on response time, grammar usage, and answer accuracy.
[2] Safe Chatters cannot pass.
[3] People can correct themselves if they make a grammar/spelling mistake and not be penalized for it. If they don’t correct themselves, then they are penalized. Generally, you want to fail them after two uncorrected mistakes.
[4] Look for a more elaborate vocabulary as well as concise and coherent sentences.
