Interview Session Roles:
Security: Security may only be lobby assistants where they help in the ###by and organization of the ###erviewees.
Interview Team+: The ###erviewers may only interview and listen to all orders of the ###h####### host. They must stay in their offices until another interviewee is escorted.

Chief Staff Officer+: The ### and higher may do all above roles and administrate. As a session administrator, they may override all options made by the ###t and change the ###w if needed.

Interview Session Steps:
#1: Shout Interviews one hour before start time saying: Interviews | Hosted by (Username) | Doors open in 30 minutes | Starts at (Session Time) PST
#2: 1 hour before the scheduled time Interviewers should start arriving and being for briefing all staff shall remain in the staff room until told otherwise by the host.
#3: 30 minutes before the scheduled time the host will type :unlock to open the interview doors and shout: Interviews | Hosted by (Username) | Open! Grab a seat before it's too late! | Starting at (Session Time) PST

#5: After the interview session is locked line up the staff from inside the staff room and walk out in a line. After fan out into an STS (Shoulder to Shoulder) formation. Assistant-Interviewer to the back and the co-host and host to the front speaking.
#6: Once there the host will begin to read the following rules out:

#1: Grammar is needed at all times during the interview session from the staff and the interviewees! Failing to use grammar will result in an automatic fail.
#2: Respect will be shown at all times. If respect is not seen from the customers you will fail. From staff will result in a demotion.
#3: The safe chat test will commence after these rules are finished. You will be required to say C74U in all CAPS. If you refuse or fail you will fail the session.
#4: If you fail you will be teleported to the cafe. Please try again next session. Make sure to use grammar and respond quickly!
#5: If you pass you will be taken to a room and you will wait there until you are ranked this can take up the whole sessions depending on how busy it is.
#6: If you disconnect, crash, or loose connection. You will not be able to come back in if in session and please do not complain try again next session!
#7: You will have 45 seconds to respond to a question as we need fast fryers! If you do not you will fail.
#8: Do not move from your seat unless directed by an Interviewer+.
#9: If an interviewer deems you AFK you will fail so please be active even during waiting!

#7: Next, have all staff go out and activate ### safe chat test by saying Please say C74U if they do not do it type their name into ### GUI Failer name. If they have hashtags check :chatlogs and if they said C74U type their name in the GUI Failer name.
#8: The host will now direct all staff to head to their offices and wait for their interviewee.
#9: If someone passes and your an interviewer escort them to the staff room.
#10: If they fail, tell them why they failed and they can try again then type their name into the Failer name GUI.
#11: The host after or session administrator will rank all the passers and then tp them to the cafe.
#12: Finished! Congratulate the staff team for the great session and you may go on your daily duties or go off duty! |
