(Phase One) Pending Otokagure to Academy Student: To become an Academy student you have to attend a lore training whenever a jonin + host a lore training. You’re required to get at least 5/7 on the lore questions.

(Phase Two) Academy Student to Genin: To become an Genin you must attend a Combat training with questions over morals whenever a jonin + hosts a Genin exams . You’re required to get at least 8/10 questions right. (2v2 for battles)

(Phase Three) Genin to Chunin: Twice every month, a test called the The Chunin Exams held. This is the exam you must pass if you are to become a Middle Ninja. It's a 3 part test, and held for lower ninjas from any village.To EARN the rank Chunin you have to go through Chunin exams. Chunin exams are hard lore questions 5/5, Forest Of Death (FOD), and Tournament. (1v1s for battles)

(Phase Four) Chunin to Tsubaki Jonin: To become a Tsubaki Jonin you must be chosen by a Oto Council to be under their wing and they’ll guide you to the right direction. They’ll be trained by either their Sensei or another Jonin. You’ll have to stand out to the people to be acknowledged.

(Phase Five) Tsubaki Jonin to Jonin: To become a jonin you to have ½ of the oto council and one Advisor(s) have to approve of your promotion and you’re assigned a 4 man squad by an advisor(s)

(Phase Six) Wondering how to become a council member? Well you have to be a Jonin for 1 month, hosted around 1 exam chunin exams and 10 lore trainings, half of the council's votes both advisor votes.

(Phase Seven) To become an advisor you have to be in the group for 3-4 months well known and liked in the group, trusted, loyal, and self-motivated . You have to be approved by the kage himself.
