There should be at least one host that makes the interview time in the shout of the group so every member of the group can get a chance to get a job here.
Always start the interviews at the correct time
If there is one of our LRs staff, you may need them to leave the server and that they should keep on working.
Use the identifier to check the players' account age. If their account age is lower than 20, you may kick them.
If it already time, lock the server.
Let the host greet themselves and then the assistants that they will be supervising in interviewing.
Then, announce the following rules:
1. Always use your grammar in answering your interviewer and to your co-workers and everyone else.
2. Always respectful and follow what the host or MR or Hrs says all time.
3. You have ten seconds to respond an interviewer when they call you.
4. You have one minute to respond to a question.
Then, let the host start the interview
Pick a random person to interview and bring them to a room.
If they don't respond within ten seconds, kick them.
Ask them any question before starting the interviewing.
Then ask them the following question. You may use :chatlogs or :logs if their answers are tagged.

[Q7]Why should we pick you than the other applicants?
[Q8]Describe yourself in 1 word.
Decide wisely if they pass or fail by their grammar, and detail of their answers.
If they pass, you may rank them or take the passed customers to an HR to rank them and ask them to leave or use the :kick command.
If they fail, you may ask them to leave use the :kick command.
If they interviews are finished, you may exit the server and supervise the café. |
