Welcome to the Roblox Clan supply forum #T1
“Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.” -Omar Khayyam
The following is a list of terms used in RCS that you may not have heard before:
WIP -Work In Progress, used to describe servers which are not released.
Offset -Used to describe the process of staggering parts to avoid a texture collision.
Texture Collision -2 textures which are flashing because they exist on the same plane.
Plane -Think of this as a line, turned into a box… You should learn this in your math class, if you don’t understand, I suggest you search “What is a plane in geometry?”
Color Collision -Similar to a texture collision, 2 colors exist on the same plane.
Re-Filed Scripts -Making multiple models which contain the same script. (eg. making different looking guns with the same script)
Raid Map Quality -Making an aspect to the quality commonly seen in a roblox war clan raid map.
Double Negated Union -Using multiple negative unions at once to make an area player accessible.
Gameplay Logical -Supports the strategic purpose of the map.
Mothers Brownies -Boy they taste awful. :)
No Man’s Land -An area of a military game which contains no cover for either side.
[team name] Supported - An area of a military game which is heavily favorable to one team.
Script Rip -Use of “stolen” scripts from viruses, don’t do this.
Model Virus -Scripts hidden in free models that harm gameplay. (report these to roblox)
Washed Preview -A preview of work which cannot be edited, or touched by the buyer.
These are just a few terms you might want to know when working in RCSc!
