Forever Exile User (Groups)

On you groups, there's an Exile user button. I think there should be a second button, but to forever exile the user. Say there's someone you really hate, and he/she want to keep annoying you and join your groups. Well, to make sure that doesn't happen, you can forever exile them from that group. Good idea?

Not a good idea. You might give ownership to another person and that robloxian might just have been there friend. In other words, the forever exiled would tell the new leader what you did, and you would be forever exiled.
