First off, there has been multiple reports of immaturity and racism that have come to our attention. It needs to stop, and from here on out, there will be a Zero Tolerance Policy. If any complaints arise that concern you, you will be dealt with accordingly. There are to be no more problems with this. This policy is official and is to be taken seriously. You can do whatever you want on your own time and in other games, but on USM bases, chats, etc., there will be no type prejudice behavior and no insulting comments. I do not care if it is a joke, someone might take offense to it.
If reported by a peer, your CO or someone ranked above you will review the case and see if the PROOF PROVIDED is legitimate. There MUST be proof provided. All claims made without proof provided, or with proof on hand, will be ignored. If officers are caught ignoring proof, and one brings this to the ###nt Staff (SEA######CS, CJCS) with proof that the ###e/proof was ignored, the ###ims will be reviewed and the ###ender will be handled accordingly.
If caught by an O6+ and they are able to punish the offender, then the Joint Staff is to be notified. If the ###icer can not handle the ###u##########n#### ###rect course of action will be put in place to remove those caught breaking this policy or other issues.
If officers are caught avoiding taking action, these actions directly violate this policy and appropriate action will be taken by their superiors and possibly the Joint Staff for review.
In summary, this policy is being put into effect due to some members specifically hating on other members of this group for no reason. This has gone on for too long, and it is simply enough.
