Alright, so ranking this conference was definitely way harder than the Old West, some of these placements may surprise you, but allow me to explain my self. I know a lot of you readers are going to argue for the sake of arguing because of your real life problems and throwing your frustrations out on the internet and yaddy yaddy ya. Anyways, let’s get to it.
Ok so in terms of the number one spot, I feel that the Panthers have assembled the best possible team in the Conference to take the Victory Bowl. I would tell you the amount of talent that is held within this team, but this forum would reach its limit if I did. In short, YungJustin has done an amazing job in terms of HC’ing this team for his pickups, and I can easily say in my mind that this team will go far this season, quite possibly a Victory Bowl.
Onto the Punishers, this team proved that it has what it takes to win their games, and although some of their key players looked like they were switching teams this season, practically none of them had the rocks to do it in the end and just went back. Although you may argue this team should be lower, if they won a victory bowl with this roster, then I do not see why they cannot do it again. Although Sepsius may be a controversial QB with his scrambling habits, in the end he proved what it takes along with ### many other talented players on his team to win ### championship. Until someone actually stops this team, rather than just talks about their “flaws”, this team will be near the top of the rankings for the whole season.
Onto the third spot, we have the Firecats. Apparently there has been a lot of hooplah surrounding this team in recent weeks, but if the roster they have currently sticks together, they are capable of great things. They recently picked up Fresh from the Snowhawks, but lost Zig to the Punishers. However, with Mack at QB, although his prime has long passed him, he’s still very capable of leading this team to do great things. However, I do not think they are as capable to take on the two teams above them. Rashay and Invictus are also Homie G’s, so wish them the best of luck this season. After the Firecats, we have my own team the Raptors! I tried not to be bias and clear cut with these rankings, hence why we are not number one, but I honestly have a great feeling about this team. Although we lost Hunter recently, we picked up Supreme at QB, who in the best has just been a better version of SuperKoopa. However, he has been surrounded now by a good offensive core, and also fits nicely into a under ### radar defense. I feel this team will do great things, and can possibly rival the teams above them for their spots. Shout out to all the Raptors who I’ve already come to love, you know who you are!
Next we got possibly the most controversial ranking on this list, the Snowhawks at number five. I know what most of you are thinking initially, “THIS TEAM HAS SHAUN AND LORDYJAY, ARE YOU INSANE?! THEY ALREADY PROVED WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN THE VB, WHY THEY NOT HIGHER?” Well, I questioned myself with this too, but in the end, this team has 25 members. 25 MEMBERS. And while Shaun and Lord did win ### championship a few times with ### Rams, they had a great supporting cast to assist them with. As for the Snowhawks, you have players who are just really “there”, I don’t know how extensively sound this team can be with just two iconic VB winners. I do not know what’s going through Shaun’s head, but if he has serious intentions for this season, I feel he could have done way better at picking up some more players. This team will win games, but I just do not know about championship level.
Now we have in my opinion possibly the biggest underdog team in the league, the Highland Huskies. Led by HC DcforRap, he has surrounded himself with his go to RB, B3nnyFootball and picked up some good WR’s, including LavyKyle. I think this team has potential, I really do, and might be a surprising team to watch in the very contested conference that is the Old East.
Now here comes the Bolts, I know this team has talent, honestly it does. You have a proven wr in iceywrapp, some great supporting players at coaching level, and a Qb that I feel still has some hurdles to go through if he wants to be at the top tier. However, I feel that they are overall a bit inexperienced, and will have a hard time ranking high in a highly contested conference such as the Old East. Best of Luck to them, and I hope they do good. As for these last 3 teams, I feel it’s just a competition of who does not come last, you have Dresden, Joston, and Rektshire trying to avoid that bottom spot on the totem pole. I honestly cannot tell that who will be better of the three, and that they are ranked in the spots they are for the sake of rankings. Best of luck to all of them, but these teams will not be very successful in this division.
