Promotion System.

I .Landwehr - Soldat // In order to be promoted to Soldat,from Landwehr,it's nedeed a Drill training,and a good behaviour on it.
II .Soldat - Gefreitor // If you're already an Soldat,you'll have to prove yourself in activity and in serving for the Empire,you'll be promoted only if you deserve it forreal,promotions are rarely given at this time.
III .Unteroffizier - Faehnrich // In order to be promoted in NCO Fields,it's necessary to prove yourself more than before,as being NCO you must show your Loyalty and love for the Empire,you'll be tested in trainings much times probably,to be promoted in this fields,it's necessary to confirm with any High in Command
IV .Leutnant - Oberst // From Leutnant,ranks are usually decided by the High-In-Commands,or by the Kaiser himself,takes much time,everything depends on you.
V . Generalmajor + // Decided by the Kaiser and confirmed by the Erzherzog.
MINIMAL INTERVAL TIME BETWEEN PROMOTIONS
I . Landwehr - Soldat // Whenever.
II . From three(3) days,to a Week(7)
III. From Five(5) Days,to two Weeks (14)
IV . From Week,to Three weeks.
