We the people of the United States Of America are to be protected and the citizens of are country will have a right to vote for this bill. This bill if founded on the way we profit. The way we profit is way to much there for we will have a specific amount of profit. The limit will be voted on bye the founder and the president. In my opinon we should have it atleast up to 10,000,000 dollars. However if you disagree with this bill I am fine this is a vote casted onto the people not only just us.
