~TTM Laws Documentation v 2.5~ This is for all of TTM ownership places such as personal servers, forts, training areas, bases, HQ, party places, or anything associated with TTM. ~Note~ 1.1 is not a section, it is a code security level; higher it is while broken, the worse off your punishment shall be. Level 5 is highest in Regular law; Level 7 in Admin Law; Level 4 in Division Law. A low security law is a basic law that can be easily broken. Low Security Laws-- A basic low level law that can be easily broken. 1.1 -- Discord follows the same rules as this document! 1.2 -- All members are to listen to any member higher than their own, if they are the same rank, it is illegal to control that person. 1.3 -- All members that content to formal injustice by faking to claim to be a higher rank will be brought down immediately demoted by one rank or punished for up to several months depending on the charges. 1.4 -- If your friend joins you during your stay in a TTM event, you may not leave. Your friend will be kicked within 10 seconds. If you do not tell your friend that they cannot join during a TTM event without joining, a 3rd + offense will lead to your consequence! 1.5 -- Any member going to the University of Ghzapoko with the intend of not learning can be punished with a basic warning or worse! 1.6 -- The Commander has the right to create a law without a vote. The Commander may not abuse the rights toward creating a law. 1.7 -- Any member may not abuse or glitch any of the tools give, this includes weapons; radios, healthkits, etc! 1.8 -- Members may not give tools to visitors or other members! 2.1 -- Each member will not distract an Elite member's event, if done so, you have the right to remain silent and leave, any arguments or biased comments will relieve your rank by one. 2.2 -- Slander in biased comments are never to be used, anything outside that is not affiliated with TTM will receive a suspension or demotion. That means no talking about your own clan, another clan unless at war, or suspicious questions hinting you are a spy (mainly during war time). 2.3 -- Members shall not talk back to an Elite member without a very good reason. If it turns into an argument, the Elite member has full ability to give you a punishment unless that Elite member is abusing privileges or breaking laws. 2.4 -- Only Second Lieutenant or Master Sergeant may earn basic admin commands! 3.1 -- All ranks must obey the game owner in a democratic way, you need a back-up statement to result your statement if an argument breaks out. The game owner and HC's are never to be questioned unless you have a statement to why you think it is why and can convince them otherwise. 3.2 -- Flaming is not tolerated, flaming is anything negative about another person which shows a lot of disrespect 3.3 -- Spamming is not tolerated, spamming the same phrase or word over or saying something that does not relate to the subject will not be tolerated. Saying something off topic is only allowed with permission. 3.4 -- Cussing is very illegal, if you think it's a bad word; don't say it! If it is a bad word, don't say it! 3.5 -- Only a Lieutenant or higher should have admin, the punishment can lead to a demotion or worse! Mid Security Laws-- 4.1 -- Each member during a training is not to disturb an event, you may have fun but do not talk when the higher members request respectfully of your silence and for you to pay attention. 4.2 -- All members are requested to not spawn kill/team kill unless asked/speak out if asked to be silenced, and never to use gear brought by admin. Doing so will get you punished for up to 5 minutes. Complaining of your punishment will get you kicked/banned. If you respond violently, you will be demoted, even if that means several times. 4.3 -- Each member is requested if subjugated to train with another group as a co-op training. Each member will be protected by O/AO/HC members if needed, if none are online, report any incidents. If the co-op group punishes our own members on false accusations of their own members, request for (insert group here) to leave that training immediately. 4.4 -- All MIDCOM members must use grammar to be professional within TTM. Any member to disobey or to continually use poor grammar will be suspended or worse. High Security Laws -- The Commander may add laws at anytime if they are needed to further make TTM better! 4.5 -- Any member with Admin may not abuse the system, a stand course should be: Warning > 5 Minute Punishment> mute > kick > ban > Demotion > multi demotion > suspension > rank listed > perm ban > exilation > black listed. Please look at the punishment guide for extra information! 5.1 -- All members with administration powers are never to use them for fun/enjoyment purposes. Administration powers are only to be used for teaching and defense purposes. That means no using gears/spamming h #r##, giving yourself horrible names with the name/me command or even loop killing members. 5.2 -- Any TTM member that Admin Abuses or breaks these laws will lose Administration powers with a demotion, suspension, or worse. 5.3 -- Any member that assaults an HC/AO/O member will be directly in violation of the highest of possible ordinance, which of such will result into a demotion, no such suspension will be given. 5.4 -- Sharing accounts is strictly illegal, we don't want others leaking information especially within the higher ranks. Please have separate accounts, if say a family member goes onto your account, please get them off quickly when possible and log out. 5.5 -- Hacking and exploiting are both not allowed! Both are illegal actions, if you are caught stealing accounts, destroying admin/place, using admin when you don't have it, you shall be Multi Demoted or worse!
