This is a page full of all the rules you are needed for your role to follow. Not just the people that are a rank, the Customers and Guests as well. Consequences will be handed out if you're not following these rules. We want to raise the enhance of our café. The rules are listed below.
--Dress Code--
Our employees must be dressed maturely. No, I am not saying wear something formal every time you are at the café what I am saying is wear jeans a shirt or a dress, but do not wear only jeans, only shirt, or nothing. We want our customers to appreciate their visit and not come seeing something unpleasant.
--Promotions--
In order to get a promotion you must work hard, and have enough points for that role. Asking for a promotion just lowers your chances of getting it. Sometimes one spot can be full, when that happens the admins can not rank you and you have to wait for it to become open again. We apologize we just don't want too many of something.
--Behavior--
We would appreciate maturity from all of our employees. Our employees should be role models for the customers. Customers do not want to be served by someone who is silly and not mature enough for them to handle. They want to be served by someone who is calm and respectful.
--Responsibility--
Own up to your actions. You are responsible for what YOU do. You don't want to cause trouble. Such as saying you'll host an interview session but never attend. That is irresponsible, Especially if you don't own up to it. Don't lie, it'll just make the situation worse.
--Admin--
Abusing admin is not tolerated with any of our HR/MR's. Be very responsible when you are using admin. The people at the café will be involved if you Admin Abuse and that is not good for the company. It shows that we are not mature enough to own a business. Therefor, do not admin abuse.
