[II] Presentation - You will wear the OFFICIAL uniform on duty (PM Remacy for group funds if you cannot afford it). - You will use the appropriate grammar on duty. - You will moderate faces used. - You will NOT spam on duty. [III] Ranks L | Stands for Low Rank - The lowest category of group members. M | Stands for Mid Rank - The second lowest category of group members. H | Stands for High Rank - The second most powerful category of group members. HC | Stands for High Command - The highest category of group members. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [2] - Punishments & Appeals [I] Punishments Failure to retain regulated will result in a punishment. Punishments may be awarded by any user with the High Rank title, however, only High Command can prove demotions and exile. Users may also receive minor punishments such as removal at a group event for lower tier offenses such as spamming, these cannot be appealed and the same goes for bans. [II] Appeals After receiving a punishment, ALL users in the Clan are entitled to ONE appeal form. This will be sent to a member of High Command (HC). Being kicked/banned from a group event cannot be appealed, however, High Ranks must have a valid reason for banning a member at an event. If you feel to be wrongly banned from duty, approach the High Rank for a reason, if the High Rank does not show valid reason, submit to a High Command member that the High Rank may have admin abused, and things will be resolved. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [3] - Shout Guidelines [I] Tag types [/TEXT] - A temporary tag, can be over-shouted. Issued by all High Ranks/High Command. Usually used for news or forum links that affiliate with the Clan. [*TEXT] - A permanent tag, cannot be over-shouted until a High Command dismisses. Can be merged with other shouts. E.g [TRAIN] (message here) | [*INFO] (important message here). Used by High Command ONLY. [TEXT] - An event tag, cannot be over-shouted until dismissed. Issued by all High Ranks/High Command. Usually used for events such as raids or trainings. [II] Shout types [TRAIN] - Used to shout for trainings. Place must be linked in the shout. [RAID] - Used to shout for raids. Place must be linked in the shout. [DEFEND] - Used to shout for defends. Place must be linked in the shout. [RALLY] - Used to shout for a rally. Place must be linked in the shout. [P-RAID]- Used to shout for practice raids. Place must be linked in the shout. [MEET] - Used to shout for meetings, these are to be pre-warned with advanced notice. Place must be linked in the shout. [PATROL] - Used to shout for fort patrols. Place must be linked in the shout. [NEWS] - Used to shout news about the clan, or to give information. *Failure to use the correct Tag and shout types may result in strikes.
