The Southmos Rules are divided into numbers and sections.
Street rules:
I: No LMGs on the streets.
II: Enter the streets at your own risk. It is full of criminals and rebels. If you need help getting to the casino ask a Mafia member for protection.
III: German patrols are allowed on the streets.
Casino rules:
I: The mafia retains the right to deny you access to the Casino for any reason.
II: The suit is for Mafia members and their friends ONLY.
III: No guns out other than pistols in the casino.
IV: If it is discovered that you have a grenade in the Casino you will be killed instantly.
V: Pistols must be held behind your back if you wish to keep one out.
VI: Kaisers guards may keep their weapons out but must stay at ease.
VII: The kaiser and the mafia heads get their own table, if they sit at your table you stand up no questions asked.
IX: Do not enter the Mafia heads office unless invited.
X: Knife fights are allowed in the casino.
House rules:
I: Mafia reserves the right to harbor anyone in any building in Southmos other than foreign spys or unless the Kaiser requests the particular person.
II: You will be killed if you enter the Mafia garage unless you are a General+
III: Only mafia on the roofs unless it is martial law.
IV: Keep all gun dealing inside the house.
Killing rules:
I: All german soldiers are safe from murder in Southmos unless they commit an act against the Mafia.
II: If you are being attacked in Southmos you have the right to surrender or to fight back with your comrades. If you are killed keep it in Southmos do not revenge kill or arrest the person outside of Southmos.
III: Do not team kill
Army rules:
I: Luftwaffe is free in the skies above Southmos but must watch its fire.
II: Panzers may enter Southmos if it is an emergency if it is a patrol you must get permission from a Mafia operator+ or an order from a Major+
III: All military cars are free to Roam Southmos but beware of thieves. If you leave a car unattended for 10 minutes it will most likely be stolen.
IV: If requested Mafia can help with raids in Southmos but it must be approved by the Mafia head.
Citizen rules:
I: In southmos if a mafia tells you to do something you do ##.###I: If you are plotting aginst the kaiser in Southmos you are slaughtered and KOS'd.
III: The following weapons are banned in Civilian hands in Southmos.
-Grenade
-MG 42
-STG 44
-Bren
-Lewis
IV: If you own a business in Southmos you will be required to pay a monthly Tax of 500 francs to the Mafia head if you dont you will be KOS'd.
V: If you are a British soldier, American, or any other Allied soldier you are KOS.
Misc:
I: If you wear the Mafia suit and are not in the mafia you are KOS.
Southmos terms:
Shil: Car theif
Raven: A rooftop sniper
Fresh meat: Someone who is KOS.
Blues: Resistance
