Executive Order I
Enforcement of Basic Crime and Basic rights
By the authority I have obtained as President given to me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1: Purpose: In these United States they is order, and with that comes principles. These principles are to be followed, failure to do so will result in arrest by those with proper authority. (See Section:2)
Section 2: Enforcement of Law: The departments listed below have the authority to enforce laws.(See Section:3) Each department will follow the rules of enforcement, failure to do so is prohibited. Rules of enforcement are set down by each department head, and are to be approved by the President, Vice President, Founder, and department head.
-Federal Bureau of Investigation
-Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
-Federal Intelligence Agency
-Secret Service
-National Security Agency
-Department of Homeland Security
-Central Intelligence Agency
Section 3: Basic Crimes: These principles listed below are to be known as Basic Crimes, and are to be illegal upon the passing of this Executive Order. Those found committing these crimes have basic rights. (See Section:4
-Reckless Endangerment w/ Motor Vehicle (Driving recklessly.. IE: Swerving/Speeding)
-Illegal Weapons/Tools (See Section:4)
-Hate Crimes (Disrespect of or attack on another citizen, due to Race/Ethnicity/Orientation/Gender)
-Impersonation of Law Enforcement (Pretending to be Law Enforcement)
-Failure to follow orders given by authority with higher clearance (See Department Guidelines for it's clearance)
-Verbal Assault (Threatening the safety or life of another via verbal)
-Murder (Act of taking the life of someone)
-Theft (Act of taking what does not belong to you)
Section 4: Basic Rights: In these United States, each citizen has been granted these basic rights, along with those already listed in the Constitution.
-Right to Lawyer (You may be represented by an authorised lawyer to represent you)
-Right to Trail (You may fight charges against you in a court of law)
-Right To Remain Silent (You do not have to speak to law enforcement)
