1a: You shall be kinda and respectful to all other passengers and member of staff.
1b: You shall follow ALL orders given by a member of staff.
1c: You shall stay seated until the seatbelt sign is switched off.
1d: Do not attempt to cut any queues, or you will be removed by security.

2a: You shall be a positive contribution to the community.
2b: You shall respect passengers and your High Ranks.
2c: ALWAYS be postive, everyone will appreciate it.
