Demotion day is a specific day each month where some staff members might be demoted. The reasons for their demotions will all be messaged as to why. Obviously, whoever is demoted can always feel free to send an appeal to an HR if they think that their demotion was unfair. Other than this, they can also re-apply at the application center.
