If United Wins the League Cup and a top 4 team wins the FA Cup (Arsenal, Chelsea), the 7th place team (Currently Everton) will qualify for the 3rd Qualifying Round of the Europa League. If I'm totally wrong then yea... let me dream.

You're not wrong actually. That's how Southampton qualified for Europa League a couple seasons ago.
