Ok, so every *smart* clan leader knows that a member's loyalty to the group is far more important than their skills and stuff. I was just think that what if a clan or a bunch of clans for that matter, created some sort of facility where it actually TEACHES these people how to fight, move, etc. I've noticed that whenever a group hosts a "training" or whatever, it's literally a million TDMs or Captains Picks or something like that. This really doesn't seem to help new players or make them feel good. They go 1-11 or 0-11 is some cases, and really discourages them. Groups should take the time to actually find an efficient way to give tips, teach, or show them how to do these things. One of the few groups I've been in that's done something "close" to what I've just mentioned, is Vaktovia. They've taken the time to host events which actually better your skills rather than toss you into a bunch of uncoordinated TDMs in a row. Communication and teamwork are important skills which you are required to have mastered before entering VAK. And, I find that respectable. I'm suggesting that new or even all clan leaders for that matter, follow in those footsteps. HOWEVER, I am NOT saying you should act and behave like Vaktovians, because that's just plain copying. But, a similar style of leadership seems to work well. This can be applied to superclans AND powerclans.

I used to be a proponent of this until I realized how freaking basic gun fighting is You just need to know 5 minutes to learn basics, rest is practice. "Bunnyhop, don't FPS, spin while shooting sometimes to confuse opponent, move erratically to dodge, utilize cover, use team work" rest is practice lol

That's a good point Tottenham, but I still feel like groups should work more on teamwork and cooperation.
