i mean tbh it's an example of your leadership and ability to organize. if i didnt say "i LED THE EXANIAMTE SCOURGE ON ROBLOX.COM AND WE WERE THE BEST OF THE BEST" and rather said "I took part in leading an online guild which, while it was for fun and recreational purposes, it did teach me a lot about organization of people, and giving them the tasks they best fit in. Due to this, I do have some experience in leadership and I know how to inspire my workers, and help them."

I'm being serious, a resume is to show how you have spent your time and your experience. If I spend my time administering an online organization then that is administrative experience

Just create a youtube channel where you talk about your progress. Link it from your social media. When colleges check your social media accts, they come across it.
