After large casualties and a decreasing economy from World War 1, the people of France wanted a new leader. A strong one. One that wouldn't let France fall to someone else again. They wanted to bring back the glory of Napoleon Bonaparte, a leader who would bring back a strong economy and a superior military. So they found one, his far relative, Jean-Marc Bonaparte.
[Jean-Marc's Story] Jean-Marc Bonaparte was born in Reims, France on April 10th, 1898. His parents sent him to a private school, where he would pursue in History and Geography. His dream was to become a Military genius, and he promised himself to pursue it. For his family and his country. After graduating college, Jean-Marc enlisted into the Military, where he learned the art of war. Until 1913, Jean-Marc became a Colonel. On the start of World War 1, Jean-Marc led a Battalion on the French border, where he would lead his men. Jean-Marc was a tactician and proved to be a good leader. His tactics helped push back the Germans during and would ultimately defeat them, with the help of allies. When he came back to France in November 11th, the people were famished, they needed a stronger leader. One that had a good military experience but also has a subtle political one as well. After riots in Paris, Jean-Marc eventually was granted as the President. In 1935, he announced himself Emperor of France. In 1936, he met his future Empress, Alexandrie, where she would be crowned in the fall of 1937. In the next 2 years, Jean-Marc rebuilt his armies Military might, and emphasized the sciences and the importance of technology. They were ready for anything. |
