But seriously you guys need to atleast tell him ways to improve, not totally bash him and lower his confidence in leading.
Be nicer about it, some people take criticism harder than others.
I agree he may not be the best of leaders but you guys aren't helping him become better, actually worse tbh |

Was made to give a general description of how the group is not to bash. It just so happens that the current state of his clan isn't the best. He can pm people or even ask other leaders for advice on how to better his clan. This wasn't made to be a helping hand though it was only meant to show how his clan is like. Also of course we will make one on SF my friend, all in due time. :] |

I will keep this in mind for our future reviews, thank you for the suggestion.<3 Hopefully by the time we reach SF, as you requested, we will have a more solid layout for it.;) I will work with my team to make our videos more professional and helpful.
In any case, this video wasent meant to lower Ralphie's self esteem at all. Perhaps some of our fellow C&G natives might share a location of a nice/near safe place for him? And I hope he takes some of the harsher criticisms mentioned in this forum and the video, and builds on them to make it all. As well as not flaming a legitimate criticism of his establishment. I do believe a few people mentioned some aspects of all this that they dislike, so it might also be good to read and act apon their words aswell.

As the builder of the advancement course.
It only took me an hour or 2. He didn't want anything fancy it was a last min decision.
If he wanted something better I would of done it 10x's better.
Make sure you take in consideration we are working to make GS a good clan not only in skill but also a really good development in it's fort holo and advancement course.
I'm not in the GS development team but I am looking forward to offer them advanced builds and a great community in general.
