Manages all aspects of Records and Archives, constantly oversees operations.
Supervises the Department Employees to assure they are doing their job.
Deputy Archivist: (1)
Manages the Chief Record Officer(s), as well as assisting the archivist.
Chief Records Officer: (2)
Manage the lower ranks.
Fixes any mistakes, and fills in any missing records.
Chief of Staff: (1)
In-charge of managing the General Archive Employees.
Executives for Judicial, Legislation, and Executive Records: (6)
Record anything done by your Branch.
Maximum of 2 people per branch.
General Archive Employees:
In charge of adding information for each department.
Must be a member of the department.
