It's easy to keep the term if you have a good raiding team.
This group of bears almost won yesterday because of their strats.

We are proposing a fair war here.
Both terminals are 1 touch or neither.
No sides get 0.5 if the raiding party pull out. All that's encouraging is valuable time being wasted. For example the offensive side will just end up leaving 1 raider at the fort so that they don't lose the 0.5. |

I'm not being dumb I want to settle this fight in a war but y'all will just pull back every raid you're clsoe to losing so I added the 0.5 rule.
