I, RapidMinecart43, hereby declare that Andrew is the admiral of the Royal Navy. I believe Andrew will do the Navy good and make it more active and more advanced. He is also good at PVP and creditable leadership skills. I believe the Navy needs a good leader and feel he has the characteristics to lead.
