○ Introduction ○
Here at Sakura Tea, we have rules and regulations needed to be followed which are stated below, similar to most groups. These rules apply to everyone in the group and failing to abide by the rules will result in severe consequences.

-Grammar-
We expect all staff members to use grammar at all times, in and out of the counters. When a worker does not use grammar, it reflects poorly on Sakura Tea as grammar is a first priority in the group. We require our staff members to use proper grammar at all times, even if you are not near anyone or casually talking to your friend. If you fail to use grammar, you will initially be warned by a MR/HR and if continued, will consequently lead to your demotion.

-Behavior/Responsibility-
We do not tolerate any unwanted speech. This includes– spamming, racist jokes/comments, offending or annoying another person at the cafe, using excessive capitals towards players, and more. For more information, read the "Warning Guide". If a customer/guest performs these actions, they will be kicked or banned after being warned depending on the severity of their actions. If a worker is seen performing these actions, their demotion will have an immediate effect.
Adding on to this, you need to be responsible. We do not kick, demote, or ban people for "no reason". When you are kicked, banned, or demoted, it is caused by your actions. We expect our staff to be responsible for their language and actions; following our regulations appropriately.

-Admin Abuse-
If you are an admin, you are given a privilege. We expect you to use this privilege to help others at the cafe, interview center, and training center. It is not given to you for flying, teleporting excessively, no clipping, or killing others for your own entertainment. If you are seen or reported admin abusing, you will be demoted on the spot. Admins are expected to be mature, kind, responsible; using this privilege to help others.

-Trolling/Exploiting-
We do not tolerate exploiting or trolling. In doing so, it prevents anyone from having a good, relaxing time at Sakura Tea. If you are found guilty of exploiting, you will be trellobanned automatically. This is a major offense, one without any warning. If you are seen trolling, you will be warned if the offense is minor, or banned if it is major. Some types of trolling include: Ordering everything off the menu, pretending to not be able to find the menu, spamming, yelling, annoying/harassing others, etc. This is offensive and rude. Toward admins, when encountering trollers, it is up to you to decide if the offense is major or minor. If you aren't able to decide correctly, you may ask a High-Rank for help on the matter.
