○ Introduction ○ Now that you are a Middle Rank, you have the privilege of using admin for the benefit of the group. There are many responsibilities that come along with this important role; we expect that you will follow them accordingly. Following these guidelines will greatly improve your social and authoritative interactions inside and outside of the group. You are a role model for the Lower-Ranks and we expect that you will maintain maturity, respect, responsibility, and kindness towards those of the group. This forum will list general information of what the High-Ranks expect from the Middle-Ranks. It will allow us to easily determine your abilities to handle the next rank. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Activity- We expect all staff to be consistently active in chat and the café. Keep in mind that if you cannot follow this criterion, there will be several consequences that will follow. Activity is also a part of deciding your promotion, a crucial one at that. If you need some time off, there is always the option of sending a formal inactivity notice to a HR so that they are aware of your inactivity. An important tip to remember in maintaining consistent activity is to balance your time in real life and around the group to prevent further problems. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Responsibility/Integrity- This should already be a given, but for additional emphasis, we want to remind you all that you are responsible for your own actions and owning up to them is the right thing to do. We want to be able to trust and rely on our staff to be truthful and responsible of their duties. Moreover, it allows better cooperation and diligence within the group; bringing efficiency to daily tasks. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Hinting- Never hint for a promotion as it significantly decreases your chances of getting one. It could also lead to a warning and ultimately, a demotion if continued. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Leadership Qualities- Furthermore, we want to look for staff who are able to take a stand or lead in making important decisions as you move closer to the role of a HR. However, this doesn't mean that we want you to be dictatorial or have a sense of pretentiousness around lower ranks. Possessing leadership qualities, in simple terms, means that we want you to be helpful and kind towards those of the group. If a lower rank has a question or concern, you may step in to help that with their situation. All in all, possessing leadership qualities will greatly benefit you in the future if you consider being a HR. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Written by, xHxpnosis, Chief Executive Officer Approved by, Wolverine0701, President
